It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and we will replace the product. If you need to make any changes, please contact us at clara@clarafosca.com and we will do our best to help you.

Delivery time depends on the country of destination. Within Spain, within the Iberian Peninsula, it is 48/72 hours, and internationally it is 5-10 working days (during the Christmas season, delivery times may be a little longer than usual).

If your order has not yet been delivered, please wait until the estimated delivery time has passed. If it is more than 5 working days late, please contact us. We do not offer an order tracking service, but you can contact us for a tracking number.


Items will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of order placement. Delivery is by private courier service and takes 5-10 days, depending on location worldwide.

Shipping is free for orders of €160 or more. If your order total is less than this amount, an additional charge will be added to your order.
