We check each order several times before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that we have overlooked something or made a mistake and you have received a defective item, please contact us at clara@clarafosca.com with photos of the item. We will be happy to guide you through the exchange process.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email (clara@clarafosca.com) or via our contact page with your reason and request, and we will send you return instructions.
We have addresses in Bali and Barcelona. You will need to send an email with proof of postage to receive a refund.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. To return a product, please request the return via email and send the item to the address provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed to make the exchange. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items lost during the return.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Return the artwork in perfect condition, without damage or modification.
- Use a rigid envelope or shipping box with sufficient protection.
- You must pay the return transport costs. If you make a purchase from outside the European Union, customs authorities may require payment of applicable taxes according to the law.
If you meet these requirements, you will be refunded the cost of the item, without transport costs, within 7 days of receipt, using the same method of payment used.
If the goods are returned due to the impossibility of contact or location by the courier company, a link will be provided to pay a new shipping cost, similar to the previous cost or corresponding if no cost was paid in the first shipment. Once payment has been made, we will resend the artwork to the same or a new address provided.
